EQS became my life saviour when I started with the implementation of first ISO 9001 and then ISO 45001.  The consultant allocated to me, Stephan, patiently, knowledgeably, and professionally dealt with all my questions and mistakes all the while making sure that I understood all the different requirements of the Standard.  He also provided guidance and support as we went into two very stressful external audits and due to his diligence and a lot of hard work, we were able to obtain our certification in the first round.  On the administration side, billing is always on time for payment runs and any queries handled efficiently and professionally.  Based on my experience, I can highly recommend EQS as a service provider of choice when it comes to implementing and auditing ISO standards within any organisation.
