History

Effective Quality Solutions (EQS) was started in 2002 to fill a gap in the market to provide simplified, user-friendly quality management systems (QMS). This was based on the philosophy that “you don’t change your business to accommodate ISO 9001, but rather integrate ISO 9001 into you current business model”. In doing so, ISO 9001 enhances you business model and shifts your company’s focus to quality and effectiveness.
EQS believes in leading by example and are therefore one of only of a few ISO 9001 registered QMS consultancies in South Africa.

Strategy

EQS’s strategy entails our commitment to long-term relationships with customers regardless of geographical location and to simplify the ISO 9001 implementation process. This long-term view is reflected in the fact that we still continuously service some of our clients since the inception of our company. Our long-term commitment is at the core of providing the continued superior service solution delivery required by our customers.
